Yesterday, The Guardian reported that Seun Kuti plans to lead a march in Lagos, Nigera to protest the increase in petrol pump prices. These prices more than doubled overnight, leaving thousands of Nigerians outraged. Seun distributed flyers to raise awareness and support for the march, saying “You cannot change $1 a litre when the [majority of the] population lives on less than a dollar a day.” Click here for more information about the march and Seun’s involvement.
